Noodles with Mushrooms, Eggs and Black Bean Sauce

Wash the mushrooms, green onions, and prepare the eggs and soy sauce

Tear each shiitake mushroom into four pieces

Boil water in a skillet, add mushrooms and cook for five minutes

Remove the boiled shiitake mushrooms and let them cool, pick up the moisture, and then cut them into small cubes. Chopped green onions

Add 2 tablespoons of soybean paste to 4 tablespoons of water, dilute and dissolve well

Tips:
The shiitake mushrooms are easy to be cooked by tearing the small flaps. Do not have too much soybean paste. According to the amount of vegetables, it is just right to think that the saltiness is just right. Then use the tempeh to make the flavor.
