Every time I eat noodles with sesame sauce, I have to deep-fry some pepper oil to increase the flavor. It’s too hot. This time I ate sesame sauce noodles to avoid this step. I just add all the ingredients I like into the sesame sauce. If you don't follow the usual operation, you can also enjoy the delicious food.

Noodles with Sesame Sauce

1. Put an appropriate amount of sesame paste in a bowl, add sugar and stir

2. Add salt and stir

3. Add light soy sauce and stir

4. Depending on the situation, add some olive oil and stir well for later use

5. Add water to a boil in a boiling pot, and boil the noodles in the pot

6. Remove the cooked dough and place it in cold boiling water to cool

7. Drain the cold noodles and place them in a bowl

8. Add tahini

9. Add black and white sesame seeds and enjoy

Tips:

The tahini sauce becomes thicker as it is adjusted, and olive oil or water can be added appropriately.
The condiments for making tahini are added according to personal taste.
