Noodles with Sesame Sauce

Prepare garlic, green onion leaves and soda noodles.

Wash the green onion leaves and cut into sections. Peel and smash the garlic.

The sesame sauce is thinned with chicken broth.

Prepare sauce bowl (light soy sauce, chicken essence, steamed fish oil, sugar, salt 1g) chicken broth.

Pour water into a pot and bring to a boil, add 2 grams of salt, cook the soda noodles, remove and rinse with cold boiling water for later use.

Heat oil in a pot, add green onion leaves and garlic and stir fry to taste.

Stir until it has a burnt fragrance.

Pour the noodles and mix well.

Pour in the sauce and chicken broth, and just collect the sauce over medium heat.

Remove the noodles and put them on the plate. Do not use the shallots and garlic.

Pour in the sesame sauce.

Sprinkle with chopped chives, you can add a little picking vegetables to season.
Tips:
Green onion leaves are more flavorful, so reuse them. If you don't like it, you can change it to light white
