Noodles with String Beans and Minced Pork

Dice string beans.

Chop the lean meat into minced meat.

Heat the oil in the pan. When the oil is 80% hot, add the diced meat and stir-fry. Add the diced kidney beans, beef sauce, salt and stir-fry well.

Pour in water to cover two-thirds of the raw materials, bring to a boil on medium heat, add wet starch to collect the juice.

Wash the pot and boil water, add the noodles and cook until the noodles float.

Remove it and place it in a bowl of noodles.

Put the green bean meat sauce and the fried poached egg on the noodles separately.
