Noodles with Tempeh and Chili Sauce

Prepare the dried tempeh.

Add an appropriate amount of cold water to soak.

Soak the red hot peppers in cold water.

Wash and chop carrots.
5.
Start the frying pan, stir-fry the green onion and ginger into the pan, and stir fry the chili into the pan.

Pour the tempeh and stir fry until the tempeh is fragrant.

Pour the carrots and stir fry.

Stir-fry until the sauce is thick, add salt and fry, stir-fry evenly and then turn off the heat, and transfer out the tempeh chili paste for use.

Add water to the boiling pot and boil, and the noodles are boiled in the pot.

Cook them out and put them on a plate.

Add tempeh chili sauce, mix well and enjoy.
Tips:
1. After the dried chili is soaked in water in advance, it will not burn when fried.
2. It is up to you to add carrots or not.
