Tips:
This amount of noodles is for 4 people in my family. You can adjust it according to your own situation. Generally, the ratio of flour to water is 2:1. It is just normal flour. If you feel that you are not able to master it, you can use high-gluten flour. For high-gluten flour, increase the amount of water a little bit.
