As the saying goes: eating steamed cakes is healthier than eating cakes! right?
Tips:
1. Boil the cornmeal with boiling water, the amount of boiling water is about 50-60 grams, I can't measure it.
2. The addition of salt and sugar promotes fermentation and has no sweetness.
3. Leave space for SAIC. When you can smell the scent of the steamed cake, it means that the steamed cake is almost cooked.
