Northeast Corn Fried Noodles

Prepare ingredients, dried corn noodles

Soak the noodles in water for about eight hours. Rub them with your hands until they are cooked.

After the water in the pot is boiled, boil the soaked noodles in the pot for one and a half or two minutes. After the noodles are cooked, add some cold water to prevent the noodles from sticking together.

Dice pork, finely chop green onion leaves, two and a half tablespoons of soybean paste

Tips:
Corn noodles are noodles unique to the Northeast. When they are dry, they are harder. After soaking them softly, rub them with your hands and cook them.
The noodles are not sticky like usual dried noodles. They will be lumpy after being cooked for a while, so add some cold water to prevent them from sticking together.
