Northeast Fried Egg Sauce

Prepare the Dongbei miso (this is the miso I made by myself, it's a bit too salty, haha). Eggs (beaten well) and chopped green onion

Pour the egg liquid after the oil is hot

Use chopsticks to fry the eggs continuously

Pour in the soybean paste and stir well

Put less water gurgling

When the water is almost harvested, add the chopped green onion and it will be out of the pot

The soybean paste itself is very salty, no need to add salt
