I visited the Northeast on the eleventh trip. Speaking of the northeast is inseparable from noodles, although my husband's family still uses rice as the main ingredient, my husband lives in the south for many years. When I return to my hometown, I definitely want to eat all kinds of noodles made by my mother-in-law. including me. So in the few days in the Northeast, dumplings, noodles, and pancakes were not eaten less. Of course, the noodles were all homemade hand-rolled noodles. I have already posted about hand-rolled noodles. Today we are going to introduce the noodles.
Actually, this noodles is very simple. It uses pork stew, and the other is the homemade sauce, which is very fragrant. (Actually, I have made it before. Without this sauce, it really tastes different. ,) After the pork is fried, add a small amount of water to boil, and finally add water starch to thicken. Coupled with the hand-rolled noodles made by myself, it is smooth and chewy. I really ate one bowl and want two bowls. My daughter also likes to eat it very much. I ate one bowl with such a big bowl.
