Spicy Braised Beef Noodles

Soak the sirloin in clean water to remove blood, wash and cut into small pieces

Cut a piece of ginger into large slices, peel 2 heads of garlic and set aside

Spices: 2 cinnamon, 2 star anise, 3 grass fruit, 3 cardamom, anise, peppercorns, cloves

Heat oil in a pot, turn off the heat when the oil is hot, add ginger, garlic and all spices and saute until fragrant

Then add 3 tablespoons of Pixian bean paste and 2 tablespoons of Northeast soybean paste on medium heat to produce red oil.

Pour the beef and stir fry, add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of white wine and stir evenly, then pour in enough boiling water to boil to remove any foam (remember it must be boiling water)

Transfer to a ceramic pot and simmer for 1.5 hours

After 1.5 hours, add autumn bamboo shoots, add salt and oyster sauce according to taste, and continue to simmer for 20 minutes.

Tips:
1. My braised beef has a lot of broth, so there is no need to add boiling water. It is delicious if it is poured directly without any seasoning;
2. Don't miss coriander when eating beef.
