Northeast Gaba Pot

Ribs and chicken wings must be washed with water and drained.

Prepare oyster sauce and bean drums.

Mix the oyster sauce and tempeh into a paste according to your taste.

Put the oil in the pan and add 80% heat to the pan and stir fry the ribs to change the color.

Turn to low heat and pour in the soy sauce and cooking wine.

Turn to low heat and pour in the tempeh and oyster sauce, then turn to medium heat and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. If you want to rot, you can adjust the time according to your preference. For this process, using a pressure cooker on medium heat for 10 minutes is enough.

If there is less soup in the middle of the stewed ribs, you can add it, but don't add too much to the waist of the ribs. If you want to stew something badly, you can increase the time of stewing.

Pour the chicken wings when the oil is 70% hot.

ps. This dish actually needs Dongbei miso, but I don't have it, but it tastes like oyster sauce with bean drum.
It’s faster to cook this dish in two pots, and it doesn’t have to be washed away.
The ribs must be chopped into small pieces, which are easier to cook. If the pieces are larger, it is best to simmer them for a while.
