The so-called Gaba pot dishes are to put the selected ingredients and seasonings into a pressure cooker, add oil, and press on a low fire to make the raw materials produce garba, overflowing with a dry fragrance, and because many dishes can be made according to this method, it is called garba pot series Dishes.
Galba pot dishes have certain requirements for the selection of raw materials because they produce quack. For example, vegetables with leaves and seafood are not suitable, while raw materials with low water content such as meat, potatoes, and sweet potatoes are more suitable.
Because Gaba pot dishes need to produce garba, and can not make the raw materials burnt, it is very important to control the heat. According to the different raw materials, generally the pressure cooker can be pressed for 10-15 minutes after the SAIC steam.
But it will make a quack without using a pressure cooker. So the heat is very important."

Tips:

ps. This dish actually needs Dongbei miso, but I don't have it, but it tastes like oyster sauce with bean drum.

It’s faster to cook this dish in two pots, and it doesn’t have to be washed away.

The ribs must be chopped into small pieces, which are easier to cook. If the pieces are larger, it is best to simmer them for a while.
