[northeast] Red Bean Meal Buns

Put pure water, corn oil and sugar into the bread bucket; put flour and yeast powder. Start the dough-making program.

The fascia can be rubbed out in about 30 minutes.

Reunite the dough and ferment it once.

Fermented to more than 2 times the size.

Take out the dough and knead it to exhaust.

Divide evenly into small doughs.

Take a dough and press it flat. Put in the right amount of red bean paste.

Keep it tight.

With the folded side facing down, the reunion serves as a green body.

Brush the baking pan with a layer of oil to prevent sticking, put the raw bread in it, and cover it with plastic wrap for secondary fermentation.

Ferment the green body to 2 times its size.

The oven is 200 degrees. Bake the middle and lower layers for 10 minutes.

Then reduce to 180 degrees, move the baking tray to the middle level and bake for 8 minutes.

Take out the baking tray and let cool before serving.
Tips:
1. Because the red bean paste has a higher moisture content, the baking temperature is slightly higher.
