Northeast Rice Cake

Wash kidney beans, press the pressure cooker for 10 minutes and set aside

Rhubarb rice flour needs to be mixed with some water, which is traditionally called mashing, so that the mashed flour cannot be granulated. It is better to grab it with your hands and hold it in your hands to prevent the flowers from dispersing. Don’t have too much water, and don’t form a ball in your hands

Without curtains, just spread a layer full of kidney beans and dates

Heat the steamer on high heat, and when the heat comes up, start to sprinkle the flour in a thin layer.

For each layer, wait for the steam to come up and then sprinkle another layer

Sprinkle kidney beans and dates on the last layer

Cover the pot and steam for 15 minutes

Slightly cool in the pan

Use a spatula to cut the rice cake in the pot into pieces

Connect to the curtain piece by piece, and store it after cooling
Tips:
1. It should not be too much pulp. If you don't fall in love with steam, the steamed rice cake will not be shaped. When sprinkling flour, be sure to wait for the steam to penetrate the flour, and the flour changes color before sprinkling a layer.
2. Patients with gastrointestinal diseases should avoid eating as much as possible, which is not easy to digest.
