Braised Yellow Noodles

Yellow noodles (corn noodles).

Put water in a pot to boil, and the yellow noodles are cooked.

Remove the cooked noodles in cold water, don't throw the noodle soup, keep it useful.

Dice peppers, cucumbers, and carrots.

Scramble the eggs first, and serve after the eggs are cooked.
