Authentic Northeast people. I really like to eat cold noodles. I bought it tonight and went home to make it myself. Compared to looking for cold noodles with vinegar. Prefer old-fashioned ones. "

Ingredients

Northeast Roasted Cold Noodles

1. Drain the oil after heating. Put a piece of cold noodles on a small fire. Send an egg on the cold noodles and spread the tunnel on the noodles

2. When the egg cubes are cooked, come over and put on the sweet noodle sauce and hot sauce. The hot sauce can be Korean hot sauce. There is no chopped pepper sauce that I use today. Fold up the cold noodles

3. Cut the cold noodles into small pieces. I am afraid of breaking the pan because of my non-stick test pan. I took out the cold noodles and put them on the cutting board to cut.

4. Put it back in the pot, put some sugar, two or three spoons of water, and stir a few times with chopped green onion.

Tips:

You can also put ketchup if you like. Fry the intestines and cut them into small pieces and put them together with chopped green onions. If you like soft ones, put more water.
