Northeast Snack Grilled Cold Noodles

Prepare all materials.

Cut the sausage into strips of coriander and green onions.

Add oil to the bottom of the pot.

Fry the sausages in a pan.

Put the cold noodles in the pot and sprinkle some water underneath, so that the cold noodles will be softer, otherwise it will be hard.

Beat an egg on top and break it with chopsticks.
