Sweet potatoes are rich in protein, starch, pectin, cellulose, amino acids, vitamins and many minerals. Sweet potatoes have sweet and soft glutinous properties. They are delicious when cooked in porridge or cooked. Add a little milk to the sweet potato soup, which is full of milky aroma, plus bacon and minced cashew nuts, which neutralizes the sweetness, salty and sweet flavor of sweet potato milk. A bowl is not enough to eat.
