Not Round Fish Balls in Tomato Sauce

Wash the grass carp and control the moisture.

Cut green onion into sections and slice ginger, soak in boiling water, let cool and set aside

Use a razor blade to remove the fish.

Cut into small pieces, put in a blender, and add the same amount of green onion and ginger as the fish fillet. Beat into the minced fish.
