Not So Nice Afternoon Tea--black Rice Sugar Shortbread

Mix the flour with black rice noodles and water to make a slight spread.

Add flour to soybean oil and make a dough.

Roll out the black rice dough and wrap it in the oil dough.

Then roll it into a roll.

Then cut the rolled roll into sections.

Add white sugar and a little flour and mix well.

Wrap the dough in powdered sugar, flatten it, and dip it with sesame seeds. Bake in the oven for about 8 minutes.
