1.
First prepare all the materials so that you don’t get in a hurry
2.
Put the prepared non-stick pan on the induction cooker and turn on the minimum heat (I chose the stew function or the hot milk function button) and pour the butter into the pan to soften
3.
Then pour in the marshmallows and use a spatula to soften the marshmallows. Be patient during the softening period, otherwise the marshmallows will burn immediately after opening a high fire.
4.
The marshmallow is softened like this
5.
Then pour in the milk powder and stir evenly, then it can be burned.
6.
The mixed marshmallow looks like this
7.
Pour the roasted peanuts into the pot and stir evenly
8.
Pour the mixed nougat into the mold and press evenly
9.
After pressing the evenly pressed marshmallows to cool, put them in the refrigerator for half an hour and then cut them into pieces.
Tips:
1. Be sure not to stick to the pan, otherwise the marshmallows will all stick to the bottom of the pan after softening
2. When you pour the milk powder and mix it, you must see that the milk powder is completely absorbed by the marshmallow, because if the milk powder is not completely absorbed by the marshmallow, the nougat in the mouth will feel sandy, and the taste will not be so. All right
