Wash 3 red dates with water and remove the pits.

Rinse 10 grams of medlar with cold water and drain.

Put 10 grams of pitted red dates, Beiqi, and Chinese wolfberry.

Pour all into the pot and pour in 500ml hot water.

Cover and drink when the body of the pot becomes warm. Wolfberry can be taken all year round, porridge in winter and tea in summer.
