Stewed Pigeon Soup

The pigeons are slaughtered and blanched in hot water

Prepare medicinal materials: Codonopsis, Beiqi, longan meat, wolfberry
3.
Prepare red dates and candied dates
4.
Clean the medicinal materials in step 2

The blanched pigeons are placed in a water-filled casserole
6.
Add cleaned herbs and red dates
7.
Add appropriate amount of lean shredded pork
8.
Cover the lid and boil on high heat, then change to low heat and boil for 1 hour
