Ingredients: three yellow chicken, shiitake mushrooms. Accessories: wolfberry. Seasoning: Aniseed, bay leaves, salt, green onion ginger, coriander. Method: 1. Blanch the whole chicken to remove impurities and blood foam. 2. Add aniseed, bay leaves, salt, green onion, ginger, and blanched whole chicken to boiling water and simmer for 2 hours in a casserole. 3. Add shiitake mushrooms and goji berry and simmer for 30 minutes. 4. Turn off the heat and put in the coriander.
