Tips:
① I choose lotus seeds that are not peeled off and cored. I like natural things. They are cleaned and the nutrients will be lost. The lotus seed core is slightly bitter, you can remove the heat, so that the boiled lotus core will not taste bitter. \n②The soup color is not white because I added lotus seeds without peeling, if white lotus seeds are used, the final soup color is white.
