Nourishing Yam Pork Belly Chicken

Wash the pork belly with flour, or wash it your way, anyway, it can be washed clean.

Bring to a boil and turn to a low heat for about 40 minutes. This time depends on your preference for the softness of pork belly. Adjust the firmness, taste the texture of pork belly you like, and you can proceed to the next step
