Nut Bread

In addition to the butter, add milk, eggs, flour, salt, and sugar to the bread in turn. Put the diagonal corners and the yeast in the middle and knead the dough for 25 minutes.

After 25 minutes, add butter and start kneading for 25 minutes

The whole process of kneading for 50 minutes, this is the state of filming, after shaping, let the dough rise twice as big

When the dough is twice as large as it is fermented, knead and vent it into 12 equal parts, wrap it with plastic wrap and proof it for 15 minutes

Put it in the baking tray, ferment for the second time, put it in the oven to ferment for half an hour.

After half an hour, take out the bread and brush it with a little egg mixture, sprinkle some sesame seeds on the surface, turn the oven to 150 degrees, and bake it for 25 minutes. When there are five minutes left, take it out and brush it with a little honey water and bake it for another five minutes. It's okay
