5. Put the cookie mold in the baking tray, any shape is ok, stuff the right amount of dough

6. Press it flat with your fingers, about 2CM thickness

Tips:

The diameter of the mold I used is 5cm. It can be made in any practical shape. The bottom of the cake must be flat, and then a layer of dough and nuts will be sprinkled. The dried fruits can be matched at will, as long as you like to eat!
The temperature of the oven varies from house to house, so the baking temperature must be operated according to your own oven temperature. I use the upper fire to be small, and the lower fire to take the middle temperature of the oven at 170 degrees!
