Pizza is a repertoire of my family’s banquets, but whenever young friends come, I like to make pizza. It’s not only troublesome, beautiful, and it’s also a great place for everyone. It’s no longer difficult to adjust. It’s a multitude of things in one fell swoop. Pizza was conceived in my mind before making it. I wanted to make something special, so I decided to use meat sauce with nuts. I believe it can satisfy the diners.
When making pizza, I admire whatever you want. As long as the bottom of the cake is successful, any ingredients can be used to make fillings, and sometimes try new flavors. No matter which combination, it will never fail too much. I personally prefer the pizza with a thinner base, which is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. It holds a lot of fillings, and it tastes very enjoyable.
When filling the pizza stuffing, grab a handful of pistachio nuts and pine nuts and sprinkle on top. Just this small step will bring unexpected surprises. The soft and crispy crust, the creamy fillings, and the crunchy nuts, the taste is wonderful...
The roasted nutty aroma complements the fragrant meat sauce, which is very cute. Students who have never tried adding nuts to pizza, I highly recommend it, be sure to try it, you will be surprised.

Squeeze the fermented dough out of air, leave it at room temperature for 15 minutes, and then use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a round cake about 8 inches in size. Place it in the refrigerator and freeze for 30 minutes.

Tips:

1. It is best to knead the dough to the expansion stage, and the taste will be better;
2. Use a fork to fork some small holes for the dough to prevent the bottom of the cake from bulging during baking;
3. Tomato sauce can also be replaced with pizza sauce, which will have a stronger taste;
4. Nuts can be chosen according to their preferences.
