Nutritional Purple Potato Sushi

1. Rice and glutinous rice mix

2. Add appropriate amount of water and soak for 20 minutes

11. Take out the rice and stir in the mashed purple potato. Try to mix well

12. Wrap the sushi curtain with plastic wrap and spread Shanghai moss

13. Take a small bowl of rice and spread it evenly on the seaweed. Put on gloves and dip the rice in water to flatten the rice.

14. Place carrot shreds, egg skins, and ham sausage symmetrically on the lower half

15. Sprinkle pork floss in the middle and squeeze the salad dressing

16. Roll up by hand, compact and then continue to push the roll. Use a sharp knife to cut into slices and serve on the plate, which can be dipped in sushi soy sauce, horseradish or sweet chili sauce

Tips:

1. Try to use short-round sushi rice, or northeast rice, fragrant rice, and a small amount of glutinous rice. No need to add glutinous rice.
2. Salad dressing can increase the taste, you can choose sweet or salty, or you can use your favorite hot sauce.
3. Carrots are easier to digest after being fried. Raw carrots are easy to make the stomach upset.
4. Pay attention to the heat when spreading the egg skin. If the fire is too small, the egg skin will not be fluffy. The salt is added for flavor, and starch is added to make the egg skin tougher.
5. Sushi vinegar will make the color of purple sweet potato more gorgeous.
