Nutritious and Delicious-duck and Vegetable Rice Balls
1.
The frozen duck legs that I bought were thawed with cold water bubbles.
2.
Cut the ginger, garlic slices, and chopped green onion.
3.
Cut the carrot into sections, slice into squares and then slice, shred and then dice.
4.
Add some vegetable oil to a pot of boiling water, blanch the vegetable leaves and remove them for later use. Put the vegetable soup in a bowl for later use.
5.
Add onion cubes and patted ginger slices to cold water, put the thawed duck cubes on the star anise to boil, and cut them off.
6.
Take the duck meat and chop it. Chop the lean meat again.
7.
Put the chopped meat in a bowl, add an egg white, mix the appropriate amount of rice vinegar, sugar, cooking wine, cornstarch, and marinate for a while.
8.
Stir fragrant ginger and garlic slices in a pot with warm oil.
9.
Add all the minced meat and stir-fry until the skin becomes thin.
10.
Add the vegetable soup of blanched greens and carrots, add appropriate amount of light soy sauce and dark soy sauce, and simmer well over low heat.
11.
After the stew is cooked, season it, add the chopped green onion, and then remove the ginger and garlic slices.
12.
Put the plastic wrap on the cutting board and put an appropriate amount of rice.
13.
Put green cabbage leaves and fried meat.
14.
Put it around and pinch it back.
15.
Just do it one by one. The greens can be put in it, I didn't chop it up, I'm afraid the soup will run down, hehe. It is also good to put it outside.
Tips:
1. Add a little vinegar, the meat is fresh and tender, but it can be fishy and delicious.
2. It is also good to chop the greens up and mix it with rice.
