Nutritious Breakfast-milk Pudding and Omelette
1.
Beat 2 eggs into a basin, add 30 grams of sugar, stir well, set aside for three minutes to fully dissolve the sugar, and sift into another clean bowl.
2.
Pour 200 grams of milk into the egg liquid, a little bit of water (with or without water, the milk tastes a bit more intense, and the pudding is dry), stir well, let stand for three minutes and then sift.
3.
Pour the pudding liquid slowly into the cup (all kinds of molds will do), cover with plastic wrap, and pierce a few small holes in the film with a toothpick. Steam in a pot on cold water for 15 minutes.
4.
After the pudding is out of the pot, cut some mangoes and place them on the surface for decoration.
5.
Beat an egg, add a pinch of salt, a spoon of milk powder (about 9 grams), a suitable amount of water, and stir to form a batter.
6.
Pour a small amount of oil in the pan, heat the oil, reduce the heat, pour in the batter, shake the pan to make the batter evenly distributed. The crust of the omelet is solidified. Fold the omelet with a spatula, fry the sausage next to the pan, wrap it in the omelet, and get out of the pan. Squeeze in tomato sauce to decorate and season.

Tips:
1. The amount of this pudding is a bit too much. You can make 2 bottles and 3 love cups. If there are not so many people to eat, you can reduce the amount appropriately.
2. The amount of quiche is one quiche, which is eaten by one person. Eat more people, you can increase the amount.
