Nutritious Multigrain Rice

All the miscellaneous grains are ready.

Wash the inner pot of the rice cooker, wipe the surface water dry, put it in the rice cooker, install the retort in the Zhenmi Desugar Health Rice Cooker, and buckle the small steaming filter.

Wash 2 cups of rice with clean water.

Put the cleaned miscellaneous grains into the strainer in the rice cooker.

Pour an appropriate amount of water, and the water surface should be less than 1 cm below the surface of the rice.

Close the lid, turn on the power, and start the "steaming rice" program. The working principle of the de-sweetened rice cooker is to boil the rice until half-cooked, wait for a part of the pullulan to dissolve in the soup, drain the soup, and then further steam the half-cooked rice. There is no time to show at this stage.

When it is half-cooked, the de-sweetened rice cooker enters the countdown phase, which takes 22 minutes.

When the time is up, the rice cooker will sound and the multi-grain rice will be made.

The steamed rice has distinct grains. We can stir it and simmer for another 10-15 minutes. The taste will be better.
Tips:
Because it is made of de-sweetened rice, the rice soup needs to be separated, so the water used here needs to be more than the usual use of ordinary rice cookers to stew the rice. It should be no more than 1 cm below the surface of the rice.
