Nutritious Sweet Foam

1. Soak beans and peanuts for more than 4 hours in advance

2. Soaked soybeans and peanuts are cooked

3. Wash spinach, blanch and chop finely

4. Soak the vermicelli in hot water for half an hour and cut into 4 or 5 cm long

5. Stir the chopped green onion and ginger with oil and add pepper, mix well

Tips:

1. Chopped green onion and ginger is a way to choke the pot, first choke the pot and boil the sweet foam for a while before putting it in;
2. Cowpeas can be used instead of soybeans;
3. Tofu skin can be used instead of dried tofu;
