Nuts Spinach

Prepare ingredients. Ingredients: a small handful of fresh spinach and a small half bowl of peanuts. Accessories: moderate amount of cooked white sesame seeds, a little garlic, and a few dried chilies.

Put a little oil in the pot, then pour peanuts. Fry the peanuts over low heat until they are crispy.

Add water to the boiling pot and add a little oil after it is boiled. Then put the spinach in the pot.

Scald for 30 seconds, remove it, and quickly put it in a basin of cold water.

Wring the spinach out of water. Be sure to wring dry.

Cut the spinach into small pieces and put them in a basin. Add a pinch of salt, chicken essence, minced garlic, fried dried chili, and a teaspoon of white vinegar and mix well.

Pour peanuts and white sesame seeds into a basin, add a little sesame oil and mix well.

Serve on a plate.
Tips:
1. When blanching spinach, put a little oil in the water. Can make spinach more vivid color.
2. Don't put too much salt.
3. Add peanuts afterwards to keep the texture of peanuts crisper.
