Nuts Spinach

Add clean water to the pot and bring to a boil, add the washed spinach and remove the roots, blanch it in water, and remove it.

Remove the spinach and soak it in ice water for ten minutes.

Put corn oil in the pot, pour peanuts and stir fry over low heat.

Let the fried peanuts cool for later use.

Tips:
1. The spinach should not be blanched for a long time, otherwise the spinach will not be crispy.
2. After blanching the spinach, put it in ice water and taste refreshing.
