Nuts Spinach

Prepare the ingredients, a small handful of fresh spinach, a small half bowl of peanuts, an appropriate amount of cooked white sesame, a little garlic, and a few dried chilies

Put a little oil in the pot, then pour in peanuts, deep fry on low heat, deep fry the peanuts until crispy

Add water to the boiling pot, boil, add a little vegetable oil, and then put the spinach in the pot

Scald for 30 seconds, remove it, and quickly put it in a basin of cold water

Wring the spinach out of water, be sure to wring it out

Cut the spinach into small pieces and put them in a basin. Add a pinch of salt, chicken essence, minced garlic, fried dried chili, and a teaspoon of white vinegar and mix well

Tips:
1. When blanching spinach, put a little oil in the water. Can make spinach more vivid color;
2. Don't put too much salt;
3. Add peanuts afterwards to keep the peanuts crisper.
