Nutty Pumpkin Puree

Peel and seed the pumpkin and cut into small pieces.

Put it in a microwave oven or steam it in a steamer.

The ripe pumpkin is pressed into a puree, and the excess water is filtered out with a sieve.

Add milk powder and white sugar.

Stir into a delicate pumpkin puree.

After mixing the pumpkin puree and letting it cool, put it in a piping bag for later use.

Roll out the almonds and chop the raisins.

Squeeze the pumpkin puree into the container.

Finally, sprinkle with almond wood and raisins.
