Oatmeal

The oatmeal is pulverized into powder.

Add 150g of flour to baking powder and baking soda and sift.

Mix 50g sugar and 50g corn oil (colorless and odorless salad oil can also be used) with a whisk.

Add 50g of eggs and continue to stir quickly with a whisk until the thick lines appear.

Add the sifted flour, cut and mix evenly with a spatula, do not stir vigorously to avoid gluten in the dough.

Knead the dough with your hands and relax for 20 minutes.

Divide the dough into 25g or so small doses, round, flatten, and place in a baking tray.
8.
Brush the remaining 10g egg liquid on the surface of the cake base and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.

Put it in the preheated oven, and bake it for about 15 minutes in the middle layer at 180 degrees, until the surface is golden and slightly cracked.
