Breakfast, the most important meal, an important moment to awaken yourself, I recommend to everyone my favorite oatmeal porridge. Oats and corn contain a lot of dietary fiber, which satisfies satiety and contributes to weight loss plan. Iron rod yam is a good food tonic. Dried blueberries and dried cranberries contain anthocyanins.
This porridge is soft, smooth and glutinous. It is also porridge and rice, with balanced nutrition. It is especially suitable for people with weak spleen and stomach such as people who are thin or the elderly and children.

1. Wash corn kernels and add 500ml water

Tips:
