Oatmeal Almond Cookies

Large collection of raw materials: softened butter, low powder (baking powder has been added), egg liquid, almond powder, sugar, instant oatmeal, almond flakes.

Add caster sugar to the softened butter.

Beat the butter with an electric whisk.

Add the egg liquid in portions, and beat each time until the egg liquid is completely absorbed before adding the next time.

Add oatmeal and almond flour.

Compact and flatten, wrap it in plastic wrap, and put it in the refrigerator for about half an hour.
