Oatmeal and Red Date Cake

Pour the oatmeal into a deep basin.

Add flour and sugar.

Pour milk and soak the oatmeal until soft.

Tips:
Choose the cheapest type of oatmeal. It tastes full of grain, chewy, and the original flavor is the most nutritious. Add a little more water to the oatmeal paste. You don't need to form a dough, just use chopsticks to form it. You don't need to wait for fermentation, just mix it and steam it directly.
