Banana can clear the intestines and stomach, cure constipation, and have the effects of clearing heat and moisturizing the lungs, quenching polydipsia, filling the essence, and detoxifying alcohol.
Young children often eat bananas, which can relieve and prevent constipation.
Baked in the oven is relatively less oily and healthy, making it a good snack for children.
However, bananas are cold in nature, so those with deficiency of the spleen and stomach, stomach pain, and diarrhea should eat less, and those with hyperacidity should eat less.

Oatmeal Banana Roll

1. Prepare the ingredients, beat the eggs and stir well

2. Banana peeled and cut into sections

3. Roll the banana in starch first

4. Roll in the egg liquid again

5. Finally wrap a layer of oatmeal

6. Put a little vegetable oil on the top. In order to prevent the bottom from being crispy, I put two pieces of butter in the baking tray. When the butter melts when baking, the bottom of the banana will be crisper.

7. Put it in the middle of the preheated oven, 200 degrees, bake for about 15 minutes

8. Take it out in the middle and flip it down

9. The oatmeal is yellow, but the banana will collapse if it takes a long time to bake

Tips:

Banana rolls can also be deep-fried. The skin will be more golden and crispy. Don’t bake too long, otherwise the bananas will easily collapse.
