Although the autumn has already started, the temperature in Xi'an has been going all the way to forty degrees in the past few days. Watching TV on the air conditioner has become my favorite, so let’s get something delicious. The TV package must be a snack. So, there is this little cookie. Because there is no oven, it tastes a bit moist, a bit like a soft cookie, but it is very mellow, and the method is super simple. All you need is an induction cooker and a small pot.

Oatmeal Chocolate Cookies-small Cookies without The Oven

1. First, prepare an induction cooker and a non-stick pan, like this pan or the small milk pan I use below;

2. Put butter, cocoa powder, sugar, salt and milk in the pot;

3. Weigh the chopped walnuts and oats in advance, what you need is cooked;

4. Heat on low fire at three levels while stirring;

5. Wait till it boils

6. Pour in oatmeal and walnuts;

7. Turn off the heat and mix well;

8. Use a spoon to scoop a spoon into a circular biscuit mold, compact it, and then remove the biscuit mold to become a circular biscuit;

9. All are done on the tarp and put in the refrigerator until hard.

Tips:

1. Crushed walnuts can also be replaced with other crushed nuts;
2. If there is no cocoa powder, add 10 grams of chocolate.
