Oatmeal Crackers

Add sugar to the salad oil.

Stir well with egg cream.

Add the egg mixture and mix well.

Add oatmeal.
5.
Sift in flour, cornstarch and baking powder.

Stir in irregular directions with a spatula to form a dough.

Wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Knead into small balls with your hands, flatten them into small cakes and place them on the baking tray.

Preheat the oven, bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes, and just apply the color.
Tips:
1. The biscuits will swell slightly when they are baked, so there should be a certain distance between them when they are placed on the baking tray. My arrangement is too dense, and they are connected after baking.
2. Pay attention to the color when you bake it. I bake it a little bit.
3. The biscuits will be very crispy only after they have cooled.
