Dinner should be lighter, so my family often drink porridge at night. When cooking porridge, I like to put some oats. Oats is a low-sugar and high-nutrient ingredient. It is sweet in nature and taste, can benefit the spleen and nourish the heart, and has high nutritional value.
Just today I received the freeze-dried pumpkin slices from Hugo Town, and put some when cooking the porridge, which not only enriches the taste, but also provides more nutrition.
