The pace of life is getting faster and faster, and a delicious, healthy and fast breakfast has become a problem that we must consider every day. For this sandwich, I use oatmeal bread, walnut steak, basic tomato sauce with fresh vegetables, and a glass of milk or juice. They are all good breakfast choices. The general choice of sandwich bread is soft bread with soft fillings, and strong bread with strong fillings as the criterion. For example, if the bread you choose is tough bread such as baguette, you can’t choose tuna paste or other stuffing that is easy to chew in the filling. This will cause the tuna paste to have been swallowed, but the baguette has not been chewed. If it is rotten, the taste of the sandwich will be much worse.
For sandwiches, bread is equivalent to outerwear and needs to be used with fillings. Bread will affect the overall flavor of the sandwich. I prefer to use whole-wheat bread to make sandwiches. The advantage is that the nutritional value is high, but the disadvantage is that the strong taste cannot be perfect. The taste of the filling, so I improved the whole wheat bread and added some high-gluten flour, which combined the rough taste of whole wheat bread without losing nutrition. Tips:

1. After cleaning fresh vegetables, dry the surface moisture. Buy white onions on onions. It will not be too spicy. If you still feel spicy, you can shred the onions and soak them in cold water for 10 minutes. Remove the water and wipe off the moisture.
2. If the bread is not freshly made, cut the bread horizontally into the oven at 150 degrees and bake for three minutes. If you like a crispy texture, you can heat it for two more minutes.
