October's First Static Supplement: Shrimp, Jade, Tofu

Prepare the ingredients, wash and set aside.

Cut carrots into thin slices and place them on a plate according to this size. Cut the tofu into 1 cm thick and place it on the carrot slices.

Wash the shrimps and put them on top of the tofu.

Put it in the microwave and steam for 8 minutes at p100

Pour out the steamed shrimp and tofu soup, add green peas, corn, carrots, steamed fish soy sauce, chicken essence, sugar, and white pepper to a boil, add water starch to thicken and turn off the heat. Pour the cooked gorgon juice evenly on the steamed shrimp jade tofu.

Slice the red pepper and cut the shallots into chopped green onions. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and garnish with red pepper and enjoy.
