Octopus Bun

Flour and old noodles are mixed with water to form a dough, and it will be twice as big as it is at room temperature.

.Knead the dough while adding soda and baking soda until it has no sour taste, then add dry flour and knead until it is smooth, set aside twice

Take half of the dough, knead it, and knead it into a strip

Tips:
The octopus feet should be sprinkled with dry flour to prevent sticking
After steaming, don’t rush to open the lid, simmer for about three minutes before opening the lid.
