Octopus Dumplings

Prepare all the ingredients

Mix low-gluten flour, starch, baking powder, eggs and purified water, and stir well. Mix into a uniform batter and let stand for 1 hour

Cook the squid in boiling water, remove it and cut into small pieces

Tips:
1. The batter can be thinner so that the small balls will not be too thick to eat
2. Cut the octopus into small pieces and put more, just like a lot of ingredients
3. When adding the batter, don't add too much, but also add fillings
